However, all is not grim in the nation as Rewe-owned supermarket chain Billa, plan to invest US$40.8-44.5mn in Bulgaria by the end of the year 2010. They plan to use this investment to expand their already established base, and open up 10 new outlets in accordance with their expansion plans.
